Bio
Richard began his career in commercial property in 1989 with Storey Sons and Parker in Middlesbrough and had spells working for both their Rating and Agency departments.
Following a good grounding in all aspects of commercial property, he began working within his specialised field of Business Transfer in 1994 when he took a job with Hall & Company in Newcastle. They were subsequently acquired by Eblett Ellison and then RMS Commercial and Richard headed up their commercial agency and business transfer teams.
His experience is extensive having been involved in the sale of a wide cross section of general commercial property interests as well as businesses in the retail, leisure and manufacturing fields
