Co-founder of Industrial Realty Partners, Inc., began his commercial real estate career as a commercial property manager in February 2000 with Americas Industrial Realty Corporation. Shortly later he moved from management to sales and leasing of commercial industrial properties. Mr. Delgado’s great public relations and communication skills have lead him to be extremely knowledgeable in the Hialeah, Medley, Miami Lakes, Doral, and North/ South Dade submarkets. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida International University.
