Bio
Rich joined Savills in 2000 to lead the Chicago Project Management Services Group. A 30-year industry veteran, Rich has personally managed over 8 million square feet of projects across the country for prominent clients including Exelon, Groupon, American Bar Association, Harman International and Serta Mattress.
Rich specializes in project management from pre-lease through construction, move-in and project closeout. Working closely with major space users, Rich’s strategic approach ensures that project objectives are achieved on schedule and on budget, to the highest quality standards. Rich directs all aspects of the project process, lending expertise in the areas of independent consultant and vendor selection, programming, alternatives analysis, bidding, procurement, construction progress, specification compliance, furniture installation and relocation.
