Richard Charles is a 40-year veteran in commercial real estate. Mr. Charles began his real estate career at the Edward S. Gordon Company in Manhattan where he was a consistent top performer. While in New York he taught a course in “Leasing and Marketing Commercial Real Estate” at the New York University Real Estate Institute. After 16 years in Manhattan, he moved to the New Jersey office of the company and developed a following in the suburban marketplace while continuing to represent Manhattan-based corporations. He was named a “Broker of the Year” by the Gale Company and was recognized by Equity Office for his representation of Saudi Aramco both in 2003. He was named “Dealmaker” by Tishman -Speyer Properties in 2004.
