As Principal and President of RD Management, Richard J. Birdoff is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company including development, construction, acquisitions, sales and dispositions and has developed in excess of 10,000,000 square feet of shopping centers.
Richard has been engaged in the real estate business for more than 30 years. Prior to working at RD Management, he worked for IRT Properties, a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Thereafter, Richard served as associate counsel to Bertram Associates.
Richard received his undergraduate degree from Emory College and his Juris Doctorate from Emory University Law School. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Crocker Realty Investors.
