We operated a Commercial Photography Studio at this location from 1990 thru 2005, serving Walmart, Sam's Club, Tyson Foods, J B Hunt, their venders, Local Advertising Agencies and many other local businesses. The building was remodeled completely in 2004 as an Event Venue, Teatro Scarpino. It opened in 2005. It continues to the present. We sold the business in 2017. The Pandemic has had a significant impact on business. We expect all will return much improved upon subsidence of this Pandemic, as major City improvements have been approved bye the city, beginning with the City Parking Deck adjacent to the Scarpino Building.
