Richard S. Baumstein joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1975 at its headquarters in midtown Manhattan. Since his move to New Jersey in 1980, he has specialized in major agency assignments for corporate users and developers/owners. He has been responsible for leasing in excess of 30 million sf of office space. Richard is a Cushman & Wakefield shareholder and has been a quoted source for market activity in Northern New Jersey by both the Star-Ledger and The New York Times.
Education
Mr. Baumstein attended the University of Wisconsin and graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics and earned his MBA magna cum laude in Real Estate from American University.
