Richard has been a commercial real estate professional in Greater Hartford since 1974. Over 1,000 career assignments have been completed for clients which include; 60 Fortune 500 companies, local & regional real estate developers, many private business owners, real estate owners and investors.
Joined Colliers Dow & Condon in May, 1996. Elected principal 1999. Prior to joining Colliers Dow & Condon, Richard was in commercial real estate development & management for 17 years with a large locally owned real estate company. Pre-dating the development career was a 4-year commercial real estate brokerage experience with a local firm.
