Richard has been a prominent commercial real estate broker in Los Angeles for 40 years with over one billion dollars in transactions ranging from entertainment to technology companies. He started his extensive real estate career right out of college, joining Studley and becoming a branch manager and a consistent top producer in the greater Los Angeles area. From there he started his own Real Estate company (Venture Realty Group), then became the Senior Vice-President of the Los Angeles office for CBRE and eventually became the founding partner at Lee & Associates. Richard is very active in the LA tech community, being an LP in multiple funds and a handful of startups.
