Rich Perillo is a real estate Broker/Owner with 15 years of experience in residential sales and commercial leasing and sales. Before opening Perillo Real Estate Group, Rich was a top producer for RVG Commercial, a Hall of Fame Producer and 100% Club Award recipient with Remax, with over 100 million dollars in real estate sales. He specialized in new home sales, new construction negotiations, commercial leasing and sales negotiations, and short sale and foreclosure bank negotiations and sales.
Rich earned his business and negotiation skills as VP of Operations for Grindmaster Corporation, where he managed 90 employees, and negotiated union, warehouse, and industrial real estate leasing and purchase contracts. His 27 years of business experience has prepared him for the many challenges presented in commercial real estate leasing and sales.
Currently, Rich is very involved with the Algonquin-Lake In The Hills Chamber of Commerce and The Fox Valley Business Group.
