Richard Higgins comes to ELITE PACIFIC with over 25 years of experience in virtually every aspect of commercial real estate brokerage and ownership. As the Managing Director and BIC of ELITE PACIFIC’s Commercial division, Richard’s experience is unparalleled. This experience includes owning his own commercial brokerage and most recently serving as a Managing Director for The Charles Dunn Company, leading a Southern California region for the 100 year old Commercial firm with over $4 billion in assets under management. The Charles Dunn Company is the third largest commercial brokerage and management firm in Southern California.
Rich’s experience encompasses leasing, sales, and management of office, retail, flex and medical office product. Although previously based in Southern California, Richard’s advisory capacity with his loyal client base has given him the opportunity to participate in transactions in many regions outside of California, enabling him to develop a comfort and level of expertise in diverse areas. His loyal client base values the high quality client service he has been providing since the beginning of his career. Richard prides himself on his ability to develop strong relationships that span decades and cover a wide spectrum of expertise and advisory capacity. Richard is seen as a trusted expert in nearly every facet of commercial real estate ownership and management. Although his main emphasis has been in sales, leasing and management of office and medical buildings he has also specialized in land purchased for mixed use and residential development; sale and lease-up of retail malls, regional retail power centers and industrial parks throughout Southern California.
