Richard Harris joined Advantis/GVA in 1996 and works
predominately as a tenant representation specialist. He is
now regarded as one of the premier tenant representation
brokers in the Raleigh-Durham commercial real estate
market. Rich utilizes his diverse background in computer
science, communications and audio/video technologies to
offer efficient and comprehensive service delivery to his
clients. Rich has a strong reputation for integrity and aggressive
advocacy with large, publicly traded companies,
as well as venture-backed start-up companies and has
demonstrated an uncanny ability to overcome significant
market obstacles on behalf of his clients. At Advantis/
GVA, he has also served as the chairman of the company’s
Technology and Development Committee. In his
first 12 months with Advantis as a consultant, Rich completed
