Richard Erickson has been with the Riverside office of Lee & Associates for over 20 years and is a Senior Vice President in the office leasing and sales division. Rich has extensive experience with landlord and tenant representation throughout the Inland Empire. Rich has finished in the “Top 5” producers for Lee & Associates’ Riverside office and has been designated a “Power Broker” by CoStar several times. He has been directly involved in the sales and leasing of over 6,000,000 square feet of office space in the Inland Empire region.
Rich graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. He is active in the community and currently serves as the Board Chair for the Path of Life Ministries (an organization dedicated to eliminating Homelessness in our region), a member of the Riverside Community Health Foundation Board of Directors and a member of the Inland Empire Autism Assessment Center Board of Directors. Rich also consults and helps many other non-profit companies in the Inland Empire.
In addition, Rich is a member of the Riverside Chambers of Commerce Executive Board, Economic Development Council and was a graduate of the Riverside Chambers Leadership Riverside Class of 2012. He is currently a member of the Lee & Associates, Inc. - Riverside Board of Directors where he was elected by his peers to help guide the company’s vision.
