Rich Ellsworth is a Senior Managing Director specializing in the representation of tenants, investors, property owners and corporations in the purchase, leasing and sales of office and R&D properties.
Ellsworth joined Newmark in 1989 after working for a local developer, where he gained an invaluable understanding of the real estate process from start to finish. He brought to Newmark a broad base of leasing experience, investment analysis and construction/tenant improvement work.
Since joining Newmark, Ellsworth has completed more than 1,327 leases, owner/user and leased investment transactions valued at approximately $429 million in transaction consideration and over 8.2 million square feet of space. He has consistently ranked among the top producers in the Sacramento office.
Ellsworth takes pride in his ability to represent ten-ants, owners, investors, lenders and corporations in today’s ever-changing real estate climate. He brings an even-keeled, win/win situation to the real estate process. A former board member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), he believes in the strength of Sacramento real estate.
