Bio
Mr. Day is serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of Chartwell Capital Partners and is responsible for raising equity for the CPP’s investments; Rich has raised equity, for real estate, since 2006. In addition, Mr. Day also oversees investor relations for the firm and is actively involved in deal structure and acquisitions. Over the past year, Mr. Day raised more than $25 million in equity for eight projects totaling nearly $100 million in overall real estate value.
Previously, Mr. Day was a National Account Managers at Orchard Securities. While at Orchard, Mr. Day helped raise more than $525 million for Institutional Real Estate for various sponsor clients.
Mr. Day is the Vice-Chairman for the World Joy Organization, a philanthropic agency helping build schools and medical facilities in Ghana, South Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah and an MBA from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College. Mr. Day passed the Series 7 Exam in 2007.
