Being a disciplined and goal driven diligent worker are just some of the characteristics that were instilled in Ricky at an early age. He went from working in the restaurant industry during high school on weekends to working full time at a title insurance company while also attending SUNY Farmingdale full time and graduating on time with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Regardless of the task, Ricky has always been relentless in getting the job done.
Ricky's introduction to the real estate industry began while working for a boutique title insurance company where he quickly learned about the behind the scenes closing process. After a couple of years, he was given the opportunity to work as an Account Executive for one of nation's largest title insurance companies, where he really honed in on the intricacies of professional sales while servicing real estate attorneys and lenders across NYC and Long Island. Ricky also gained extensive knowledge in working through complex real estate transaction while working as a title closer, overseeing thousands of closings over his 18-year career in the Title Insurance industry. This felt like a natural steppingstone for Ricky to finally dive into real estate sales.
Ricky quickly figured out that helping families buy and sell real estate across Long Island was his true passion! He feels blessed to be able to educate, guide, and advise families on making one of the biggest decisions that they will ever make, truly a rewarding experience. Ricky understands that to be able to service the entire real estate community, he must be well versed in all aspects of the business including investment and new constructions sales. Which is why he also pursued house flipping and investing. Successfully renovating and flipping several properties, Ricky is also able to serve developers/investors because he understands their thought process, expectations, and needs.
