Ricardo E. Cordido comes to HK Group from Realty Concepts Inc., a Guilford, CT based commercial real estate consulting, brokerage, and advisory service company. His responsibilities there included developing market research, site analysis reports, and asset management and due diligence research for acquisition and lending.
Prior to joining Realty Concepts Inc. Ricardo attended Roger Williams University and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Ricardo’s family has a medical background in New Haven County and as such, the medical industry will be his focus at HK Group. He will be leasing medical office space as well as working in medical investment sales.
Ricardo currently resides in Hamden, CT.
