Ricardo has 15 + years of experience in selling and leasing commercial real estate in South Florida, specializing in retail and restaurant sales. Prior to shifting to commercial real estate Ricardo was a top producer for residential company for more than 7 years consecutively.
Shifted to commercial real estate in 2009 to assist restaurant friends that became clients. Having a finance major, commercial real estate made more sense and more challenging and decided to be a top player in the field.
Founded Herz-Dupond group to assist his clients in real estate transaction in South Florida. His team has 100+ years of combined experience in representing Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants.
