Bio
Rhonda Salinas a female entrepreneur based out of McAllen TX started her career in public education. After a decade of working as an educator in 2001 she transitioned to Real Estate where she became Real Estate Broker and opened up her own company. Shortly after with her intrinsic pull to education she opened two children’s child care centers in the Rio Grande Valley. In 2012 Rhonda moved to the San Antonio Hill Country with her husband and children where she opened a Real Estate office that serviced the San Antonio and Rio Grande Valley area. In 2018 she moved back to the Rio Grande Valley and in 2019 opened a full service Salon in North McAllen and named it Blo Bar Gardenia in honor of her mother. Rhonda enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, hosting a fundraiser in October at Blo Bar Gardenia that Benefits American Cancer Society, participating with Hacienda Leon Real Estate Group in yearly events held by Capable Kids Foundation and The Gold and Beautiful Group. Rhonda believes hard work with integrity is key to success in any business.
