Rhonda started in Real Estate in 1985, with an uncountable amount of real estate transactions. With these transactions comes over 30 years of commercial, medical, and residential real estate. Deals as small as 100k to nearly 20 million. She has lived in NSB for 3.5 years, but she has been in Florida since she was 2 years old…or almost 58 years. She grew up walking the beaches in NSB as a little girl. Her parents brought her from Lake County where she loved to vacation here ever since she can remember. It was always a big day when they were coming to ride the waves in NSB.
