Rhett Mouchet, SIOR, is Associate Broker at Colliers | Savannah. Rhett has over 48 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and has been actively involved in some of the region’s most prestigious and unique commercial transactions.
His areas of brokerage include:
The Landmark Historic District – Land development, potential restoration properties, specialty retail, and office. Institutional Properties inclusive of Educational, Corporate, Medical, Religious and various non-profits.
Raw Land development for mixed-use developments-including Master Planned Communities and smaller mixed-use land tract development-retail, office as well as multi-family.
Since the beginning of his Real Estate career, Rhett has been diligent in familiarizing himself with the various zonings, restrictions, and municipal postures regarding development and land use, inclusive of the Landmark Historic District.
