Reynolds is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with a passion for the Lowcountry and all things real estate. After joining Beaufort Rentals as a Commercial Property Manager in 2021, Reynolds quickly demonstrated drive, spearheading the development of a new firm, Principal Advisors. In his first year as a South Carolina Real Estate Licensee, Reynolds closed over $2MM worth of sales volume and has represented a tenant and/or landlord in over 200 lease transactions. Reynolds has experience representing both local and national tenants, landlords, and individual buyers and sellers. He is also an IREM certified commercial property manager.
