Reynold graduated with bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and spent ten years working in senior level analyst positions with privately held companies in Boston, Palm Beach, and an extended sponsorship expat position in Sydney, Australia. Upon returning to the United States, Reynold competed on the CBS television show SURVIVOR and relocated to Austin, TX where he began his real estate career with a targeted focus on Multifamily. After 3 years working with a large national brokerage on a team that averaged $100m in closed transactions per year, Reynold joined ACR Multifamily to more highly specialize his efforts on the 25-150 unit niche for Class B and C product across Central Texas closing over 75 successfull transactions. Reynold now works exclusively with Lifestyles Unlimited on acquisition and disposition of apartment properties in Central Texas.
