Renée Raymes is a CCIM and Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in core-4 investment and owner-occupied properties in Idaho. I've been in Boise for 20+ years and assist my Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs. I work with REITS, savvy investors, and owner-user clients. I enjoy providing TOP-NOTCH service to clients and providing off-market deals to our network. We help land-owners exit their properties, and sometimes will partner with them on entitlement and development projects to increase land values and provide the highest and best use for their properties and bring mixed-use, multifamily, and other development projects to our developer buyers.
