He holds the Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) Designation, which is the professional Designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation. He also holds the CIAS (Certified Investor Agent Specialist) designation, specially trained to help buyers with investment property. As well as the ABR designation, he is a Accredited Buyer's Representative which helps him stay on top of the latest issues and trends in successfully representing home buyers.
