Renie landed in the commercial real estate industry in 1987 as the secretary for Ruscilli Realty Company (later known as Ruscilli Real Estate Services). In 1993, she obtained her Ohio Real Estate Sales License. Although Renie was directly involved in completing many commercial real estate transactions over several years, her main focus was the day-to-day office operations. In 2015, Renie was an integral part of the transition of the Ruscilli team to Lee & Associates.
As Lee & Associates – Columbus’ Office Manager, Renie oversees the operations for the office, including contract and lease management, Ohio agency compliance, human resources, payroll and accounting, equipment procurement and maintenance, along with a variety of organizational, communication and leadership skills to coordinate many aspects of our office. Renie is also a Notary Public.
