Renee Spicer - Renee has been involved in Commercial Real Estate in the Denver area for over 30 years. Her background includes representation of Landlords, Tenants, Sellers and Purchasers of retail, office and industrial properties. She has represented commercial portfolios for Owners that include such diverse properties as office buildings, restaurants, health clubs, retail strip centers, and vacant land. Renee has consulted Owners on the portfolio's future income earning potential, rewritten loans, leased a building that had been vacant for three years by using innovative marketing techniques, and managed construction of an office building, then leased it to 97% occupancy in one year. Some of her clients include Regis University, Easter Seals, Bonfils-Stanton Foundation, Spay Today and The ARC of Jefferson, Clear Creek and Gilpin Counties. She successfully negotiates more than 40 lease and ten sale transactions annually.
