Renee Pflanz’s experience with owning a service business for 11 years has given her the best possible insight on what consumers deserve and need when it comes to their Real Estate needs. Owning a business within the fashion industry has given Renee the extra experience needed to assist her sellers when preparing their home to sell. Staging and updating a property properly is just one of the very crucial steps in marketing a home for sale. She can bring to you a sense of what buyers are looking for in a home for a very little return on the investment.
Communication and good listening skills is another very important part of being a competitive Realtor which is what she prides herself as. When working with her clients she looks at it as a partnership. Working together to accomplish the goal whether it is selling or buying a property.
Renee has owned and rented numerous properties herself and can bring much needed knowledge to her investment clients teaching them how to get the most out of their investment.
Education:
Renee is a high school graduate with many non-credited college classes also in her educational background. She has attended numerous industry related classes over the last 15 years of her career as well as computer training in Excel, QuickBooks, and e-marketing. Additionally, as a Broker it is required, she takes 18 hours of continuing education every 2 years. At her office they also must attend monthly manager meetings for updates on the markets and mortgage related issues. This gives her the edge she needs to assist her clients so that they can make the best educated decision based on the latest information she provides them.

Personal Information:
In Renee’s spare time she loves doing anything outside. She enjoys biking, running/walking, boating, and snowmobiling just to name a few. She is committed to volunteering for local charities within her community as well at her work. She also feels it is very important to support the community as she does when she patrons’ other local businesses. As a small business owner, she prides herself with supporting all local charities and other entrepreneurs.
