During her 30+ years in commercial real estate, Renee has worked on transactions valued at over $3.5 billion. She has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including corporate relocations, building purchases and sales, master planning, renewals, build-to-suits, dispositions and account management. Renee’s specialty is to troubleshoot on difficult transactions. Prior to Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Renee was in charge of the local operations of a national real estate firm, which she led to profitability within 10 months. Renee has spoken on many panels with the City and the State on the Boeing transaction.
