Reiley O’Connor is a Co-Founder of Bield Advisory and heads up the organizations daily operations and finances. In addition to these two roles, he oversees on going developments, and operates as a broker.
Prior to Co-Founding Bield Advisory, Reiley worked as a Sr. Product Manager at Amazon within Global Payment Products where he ran Amazon’s Prime Store Card. Reiley has also worked as a Development Manager at The Aspen Group and as a Project Engineer with Suffolk Construction. He has personally invested and led a number of multi-family and retail re-development projects within Massachusetts. Reiley has led site selection and executed expansion strategies for a number of US consumer and technology corporations. Reiley’s experience in construction, technology, fundraising, and real estate investment provide him with a rich understanding of investment strategies and the future of real estate investment.
Reiley received a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University, and MBA from Cornell University. Reiley is currently the Chair of YNG ( YPO Next Generation) in the New England Chapter and also founded the Annual (8th) “SLOC” Paddle and Golf Tournament. He previously worked as a tutor at Boston Scholar Athletes, and Co-Chaired the 2017 St. Lawrence Reunion. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, ice-hockey, golf, boxing and spending time with family and friends.
