Bio
As a Managing Principal and a Founder of Lee & Associates Charleston, Reid’s diverse and extensive background in real estate sales, leasing and marketing has led to a focus as an Office Specialist and Investment Sales. His efforts are concentrated primarily in landlord and owner representation, having served an extensive list of both small regional clients and large institutional investors on a national level. His experience covers the full spectrum of commercial real estate including sales, leasing, site selection, development, management and corporate services. Reid and his team work with a local Lee & Associates Office Leasing Portfolio that exceeds 3.4 million square feet.
Reid started in the commercial real estate business in 2003 and has completed over half a billion dollars of transactions in his career. In 2008, he earned his SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. Only 3,100 commercial brokers worldwide have earned this designation. Of that number, less than 1,000 are Office Specialists. He also completed his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008 and became a principal in the firm in 2009.
Reid is a Charleston area native. He is a graduate of Porter Gaud School and a 1998 graduate of The Citadel, where he majored in Business Administration. Prior to joining Lee, Reid Davis acquired invaluable sales and marketing experience working for several national marketing firms. Reid is driven to work smart for his clients, and he has a keen knowledge of the product and the market. His goal is to successfully advise clients to serve their best interest in every transaction and, ultimately, increase their bottom line.
