Regina Crothers received her real estate license on Sept. 11, 2001, and joined Metro Brokers Real Estate in April 2002 as a Residential Real Estate Agent. Regina began to transition into Commercial Real Estate in August 2008. In December 2009, Metro Brokers joined Coldwell Banker Commercial to form the business entity of CBC Metro Brokers. Regina completed her certification with Coldwell Banker Commercial University's "Emerging Brokers Training" Program in July 2010 and will soon enroll to become a candidate for CCIM. During Regina's career as a Residential Real Estate Agent, she held and still holds the title from 2003 to current as "The Top Sales Agent" for her local office. Regina is on the Speakers Bureau and travels to sales offices to speak and encourage other agents. Regina currently has $7M of commercial listings, which include a parcel of land in South Fulton, Atlanta of over 128 acres. Regina received her B.S. degree in Accounting from Alabama State University. Before her Real Estate career, she was Vice-President of Puritan Chemical Company in Atlanta where she was employed for over eighteen years.
