Based out of Marcus & Millichap’s Nashville office, Regan Holcombe specializes in single-tenant, multi-tenant and net-leased investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions and portfolio dispositions across the Southeast. As a member of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group, Regan has completed several multi-million dollar commercial real estate investment transactions.
Regan Holcombe works in the capacity of advisor and implementer to numerous private clients, private equity groups, preferred developers, franchisors, franchisees and build-to-suit specialists in identifying cost effective capital with terms uniquely tailored for a particular need.
Regan graduated from Mississippi State University, with a B.S. in Marketing and a concentration in Advertising. While attending Mississippi State University, Regan was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He remains actively involved in his alma mater through the Mississippi State Alumni Association. In his spare time Regan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hunting, fishing, attending church, and of course, growing his business.
