Pete and I set anchor in the OBX over 25 years ago. We love working together. We owned and operated a successful business on Hatteras Island, sold it in 2021 devoting our full attention to real estate sales. Owning our own business has helped develop knowledge of business operations, experience in the real estate market, marketing and networking with other service industry businesses. Team work, business skills, negotiations, relationships and connections are assets that have provided useful resources when buying, selling and beyond the close of the transaction for our clients.
