Rebecca has 18 years of commercial real estate experience in Brevard County. She specializes in working with owners and investors to buy, lease and sell retail centers, multi-tenant office buildings, medical, warehouse, manufacturing space and build to suit. She will also provide tenant representation, landlord representation, and project consulting.
Rebecca worked as a commercial banker in Brevard County for 18 years most recently with TD Bank and RBC Bank. Being an accomplished banker, the transition to commercial real estate was a logical step in her career. Her extensive market knowledge comes from originating and managing over $150 million in real estate loans in Brevard County. Rebecca utilizes her banking background to assist her clients in both the evaluation of their property and to help ensure that the deal works when it gets to the financing stage.
Rebecca has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She also played professional golf on the European Tour from 1989 to 1993.
