Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Thagard worked at Transwestern Property Company where he most recently served as an Associate since 2012 specializing in the leasing and sales of office buildings, with a primary focus in tenant representation in Orange County. Prior to brokerage, he worked as an accounting assistant at THINK Together, one of the nation’s largest non-profit providers of extended learning time programs.
Mr. Thagard received his bachelor’s degree in both accounting and Spanish from the University of San Diego. Skilled in the areas of accounting and finance, he also served as a payroll research intern at the university.
