Raymond joined Cushman & Wakefield as a member of the research department, where his primary focus was land and industrial real estate. Raymond’s superior market knowledge allowed for a seamless transfer into brokerage as an agent in Toronto-West’s industrial division.
Raymond’s dedication to client service, coupled with his strong financial aptitude and analytical skills, has resulted in him becoming one of C&W’s top emerging brokers. Raymond has in-depth experience in disposition sales, acquisitions, relocations, lease renewals and investment sales; his attention to detail during the negotiation process is a definite asset to his clients.
Raymond graduated with his Bachelor of Administrative Studies (BAS), Honours Degree from York University in 2006. He lives in Brampton with his wife and is an active volunteer within the ‘Big Brothers of Peel’ program.
