Raymond has been actively involved in commercial real estate in Florida since 1986 after receiving his BSBA degree from the University of Florida. A Florida native, Raymond has been actively involved in all aspects of commercial property for the past 22 years on projects throughout the Southeastern United States.
During this time he has represented institutional and private owners in the full service operation and development of industrial, office, medical and retail projects as well as land development and entitlement. His understanding of the entire real estate “process” has been further honed as a principal in the acquisition and/or development of properties for his own portfolio.
From property management to complex land use changes, from asset redevelopment/repositioning, to the development of specialized medical facilities, he has seen it all.
Whether for institutional clients, private clients or his own projects, the successful theme throughout his career has always centered around a “hands on” style.
In addition, Raymond’s time as the Chairman of the City of Orlando Zoning Board as well as his participation in various municipal advisory groups has given him an inside perspective into the municipal process. Raymond is a past President of the Central Florida Chapter of NAIOP as well as a former officer of the State of Florida NAIOP.
