Sandra has been a real estate professional since 1992. She received her Broker license in 1999. She spent 10 years as a managing broker, working in various capacities as manager/ trainer and mentor for new agents coming into the industry.
Her real estate experience includes all types of residential and commercial sales. She has new construction and resale market experience. All type of Land (large and small). All type of commercial properties which includes land, shopping centers, leasing of commercial space, and any type of income producing properties. She has worked with developers in assembling plots of land to make a project work.
Randy has been in the real estate industry for 25 years as a residential and commercial appraiser and litigation specialist. He has a background in commercial construction, real estate analyst and consultant. His experience covers all types of property from retail, office, industrial, multi-family, residential development and agricultural in the metro Atlanta and North Georgia markets. He has been involved with an international ministry for several years as a logistics coordinator for mission teams to Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
They both enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Crystal is our licensed administrative assistant. She is also Sandra’s daughter. She has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years and was licensed in 2000. She has worked in all aspects of the industry including being a buyer’s agent, working in a New Home Subdivision, office management, marketing, research and administrative assisting multiple agents. She is an important part of our team and is able to assist our clients in any way necessary. She is also a full-time mom of three very active boys and enjoys spending time with her family.
