In 1999, Randy Mason joined the Office Leasing Group of Colliers International in Houston, Texas. Mr. Mason's expertise encompasses many aspects integral to commercial real estate, including project leasing, property management, representation and lease negotiation for tenants, along with marketing, advertising, consultation and coordination of building design, space planning and renovation for building owners.
Mr. Mason began his real estate career in 1971. During that time, he has represented both building owners and tenants in the negotiation of more than 1,600 leases totaling over 5.5 million square feet of space.
