Randy has been active in commercial real estate in Ann Arbor, Michigan since 1987 with an extensive background in commercial leasing, property management, marketing and tenant relations. Randy worked as a real estate property manager from 1987 - 1994 overseeing a portfolio of nine retail shopping centers, five apartment communities and three office properties. Since 1994 Randy has worked for two of the largest property owners in Ann Arbor serving as Director of Leasing and handling all aspects of office building, high tech building and retail center leasing. Randy has been involved in hundreds of lease transactions and has leased over 1.8 million square feet of commercial space. His experience includes property sales, lease negotiations, coordinating tenant construction and assisting with space planning. Randy’s clients have included Google, University of Michigan, Mercy Health Services, American Express, DTE and Ann Arbor Public Schools.
Randy is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University. He received his real estate license in 1987 and recently completed the Leadership Ann Arbor class. Randy is a member of CBOR, MAR and NAR.
Randy and his wife, Lisa, live in Pittsfield Township. They have four boys and enjoy attending their kids sporting events, traveling and many outdoor activities.
