Randy Heed, based out of Colliers’ Surrey, BC office, has specialized in the sale of industrial, commercial and investment property sales in the Fraser Valley for the past Twenty Nine years. Working with Colliers his entire real estate career, Randy has been involved in numerous projects since joining Colliers in 1989. Randy brings an in-depth knowledge of inventory, market conditions, comparables, trends and financial analysis to every solution. Randy has received Top 50 Canada and was the winner of Colliers International North American Award of Excellence for production years 2000 - 2008, 2013, 2015, 2016 and most recently 2017. Randy is an Honours graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology’s Marketing Management and Real Estate Studies program. Randy has been actively involved in the community as a Director of the Surrey Board of Trade from 1999 to 2008; as a Director of the City of Surrey’s Board of Variance, from 2002 to 2004; and as a Director of the Peace Arch Hospital and Community Health Foundation, from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, Randy was appointed to the Board of Directors for the City of Surrey’s Homelessness and Housing Society, on which Randy sits as an active director. Throughout his career, Randy has worked on some of the biggest transactions to occur South of the Fraser River, including: The sale of 160 acres on behalf of the Royal Bank of Canada in a foreclosure proceeding in North Surrey, the relocation of Ritchie Bros from North Surrey to Chilliwack on behalf of Cattermole Timber and Ritchie Bros., the sale of the Salvation Army House of Concord property, a 60 acre property at 86th Ave and 200th street in Langley on behalf of the Salvation Army, the sale of the 10 acre Cloverdale Highways Yard at the Cloverdale Bypass (176th St.)& Highway #10 on behalf of the Province of BC, the sale of Imperial Lumber in foreclosure proceedings on behalf of the Bank of Montreal and the sale of Pacific Press' Vancouver Province production plant for Southham Inc. the sale of Postmedia's Vancouver Sun/Vancouver Province newspaper production facility in Surrey, BC and most recently the sale of Campbell Heights North Business Park a six year project that started in 2011 and completed in 2017 which involved the sale of 250 acres of serviced industrial land sold on behalf of the City of Surrey's Development Corporation.
