Randy Guth, Owner / President of EXIT Inland Realty, has been in the real estate business for over 12 years. A short sale and investment expert, Randy specializes in the purchase and sale of distressed properties. His expertise is of great benefit to his clients and his agents. He is passionate about helping his agents develop their skill sand master every aspect of the real estate business ensuring all of his firm’s clients receive the level of service he would provide himself.
As a Franchisee, Randy is committed to providing his agents with efficient systems, leadership, training, and fostering a high-energy motivational atmosphere. Randy and his office are members of the Inland Valley Association of REALTORS® (IVAOR), the California Association of REALTORS®(CAR), and the National Association of REALTORS®(NAR). Randy believes that being a REALTOR® is about more than professional associations, he believes that REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they work. He helps the community by volunteering with the Lions International Club, Rotary Club, and has been a coach and board member for the local Little League baseball organization for 21 years. He is also the V P of the Athletic Booster University Prep High School. He and his office also donate to Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
Originally from Merced, CA , Randy moved to Alaska before settling with his family in Victorville. In his off time he enjoys coaching sports and running marathons.
