Having held brokerage and lease management roles in major Canadian commercial real estate and property management firms, Randy brings to his clients significant experience in all aspects of the leasing cycle. Randy has distinguished himself and the firm and has consistently delivered outstanding results to his clients, particularly as the listing agent for many of downtown Calgary’s high profile office towers.
Acknowledged within the brokerage and property management communities for his accomplishments, Randy brings a wealth of experience to his partnership role at CMN Calgary Inc. Since 1984 Randy has focused his career on office leasing and after the first five years, which were spent in Toronto, his efforts have been solely focused in the downtown Calgary office market.
Randy has been called upon regularly to provide insight and expertise into the downtown Calgary office market at various industry events, conferences and panels. Randy was the forum chairman at the 2011 Calgary Real Estate Forum.
