A graduate of Centenary College in 1975, Randall immediately started in industrial brokerage and leasing and has dedicated his entire business career to the industrial real estate market. Randall's activities have included the negotiation of industrial leases and sales for land and buildings, counseling clients regarding their various requirements, developing industrial and flex properties and evaluating real estate for investment purposes. The majority of this work has taken place within the greater New Orleans metropolitan area where he is the principal broker of The Industrial Group, L.L.C. He has also represented clients acquiring, leasing, and evaluating property in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington D.C. Randall has special expertise and experience in the brokerage and buyer/tenant representation of companies seeking deep water Mississippi River sites from Baton Rouge to the mouth of the River.
Randall has obtained a number of professional accomplishments (for nearly 30 years) during his twenty-eight plus years in industrial real estate. In 1981, he gained Life Membership in the Million Dollar club of the Real Estate Board of New Orleans, meeting the five consecutive million dollar production year requirement his first five years in brokerage. In 1986, Randall was elected Vice President Area I and Director of the Jefferson Board of Realtors and in 1987 he was a Director in the Louisiana Realtors Association of the National Association of Realtors. Randall has served on the East Jefferson Advisory Board and Executive Committee of The Chamber/New Orleans and The River Region, and as a Director and President of the Elmwood Business Association.
He earned the SIOR designation of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors in 1982 and has served in numerous positions within this organization. He is a past President of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors Educational Foundation and is currently Vice President of SIOR. SIOR is an international organization of industrial and office real estate specialists with 2,200 members who are generally recognized as the top of their field.
The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors recognized Randall by granting him five national awards for industrial transactions. In 1995 -1996, and 2001-2002, CCIM and New Orleans City Business invited Randall to serve as Industrial Forecaster for the Greater New Orleans area and Whitehall Street/J.E. Robert Companies recognized Randall by granting him their Peak Performance Award for 1995.
His involvement in a variety of civic organizations has been an important part of Randall’s community commitment. He is a charter member of the Delta Chapter of the Gulf Coast Conservation Association, has served on the Board of Directors of Jefferson Dollars for Scholars, serves on the Board of the Metropolitan Area Crime Commission, was a member of the Strategic Redesign Team for the Jefferson Parish Public School System, served on the Fundraising Committee for the Hope Ball of the American Cancer Society, and is serving on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Southeast Louisiana Chapter.
