Representing both buyers or sellers in providing due diligence, consulting, financial recasting, asset valuations, asset purchase agreements for bulk sales, stock sales, and leaseholds.
Formerly, he held the position as CEO and President for Welle Holdings’, also known as 3K in North America for more than 13 years; Welle, A German based publicly traded conglomerate produces Office & Residential furnishings throughout Europe for worldwide distribution. Welle, remains one of the largest suppliers of product to Ikea Worldwide. With a great staff, he managed all North America product development & sales to more than 5,000 retail locations in the U.S.A, Canada, and Mexico. His position was also responsible for successful business unit acquisitions, financial auditing, leaseholds and site development while working closely with Price Waterhouse Coopers and PKF worldwide. Then a short 2 (two) year consulting position with CMA logistics as CFO prior to entering the conventional real estate industry.
Prior industry experience within furniture design development and commercial sales was 12 years with DPI Industries managing sales & product development for major retailers, sales staff management and logistics.
His career focus most recently has been and will remain Commercial properties and Conventional Residential Multi Family Real Estate and Business Brokerage. He specializes in portfolio clients, commercial leasing & sales, 1031 Exchange transactions, acquisitions, due diligence, land development and complex short sale deals. Randall is also responsible for ensuring continuing education, mentoring with oversight of our associates’ growth development for our Commercial Business Brokerage & Services team.
Military service consists of a combined 16 years of active & reserve duty in the U.S. Air Force and the United States Coast Guard, serving a short tour with Military Airlift Command Southeast Asia, USAFE NATO, Air Force Space & Missile Command, and active reserve in the 11th Coast Guard district, Long Beach, California.
