Ramon A. Perez native born of Miami, Florida is one of our Commercial Sales Associates at Kaizen Realty Partners. As a Licensed Transaction Coordinator at Westvest Associates Inc. from August of 2006 through December 2007, Ramon learned the necessary skills to become one of Kaizen Realty Partner’s future star producer.
In his first year as a part time sales associate, Ramon facilitated over $2 Million dollars and over 70,000 square feet in total Lease Transactions. Some of his clients include Univision Network, ACE Security, Cala Trading, Car Depot, United States Blood Bank, Concrete Floor Solutions, C& C Closets just to name a few.
Ramon has exceptional communication skills and negotiating tactics. He is acknowledge in the brokerage community as a young, energetic, yet extremely professional individual. Ramon is a graduate from Florida International University with a Bachelors in Business Finance and a minor in Political Science. He is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and an active member in Florida International University’s Student Alumni Association.
