Bio
I began my career in real estate in 2002. Over the first seven years of my career I was buying, fixing, renovating, and flipping properties as an investor. In 2009 I decided to get my real estate license to provide investors my unique set of experience and knowledge in real estate transaction, property selection, construction, and risk/reward analysis. Today I enjoy helping real estate investors find “diamonds in the rough”. I love working with investors because they are not emotionally attached to the properties and they are repeat customers as long as I help them make money. I mainly work with rehab & resell investors, cash flow, and portfolio investors.
I have a business degree from California State University Fullerton. I’ve also been a licensed general contractor since 1991. I have lived in Orange County since 1986 mainly in Newport Beach, Mission Viejo, and Laguna Niguel. My office is located in Irvine. I speak English, Persian/Farsi fluently and currently learning Korean.
