Mr. Haught joined CB Richard Ellis in April of 1981 as a sales trainee. During that time he received training in all areas of commercial real estate including Appraisal, Finance, Property Management and Investments.
From April of 1983 through December of 1986, he was an industrial specialist in the company's Houston, Texas office.
In January of 1987, he joined CB Richard Ellis in the Washington, D.C. area as an industrial, flex and R&D specialist and has been the top producing specialist in the Washington, D.C. and Suburban Maryland market for the past seventeen years. He has leased or sold over 8,000,000 square feet in 500 transactions, excluding land sales.
Mr. Haught has been the top industrial producer in the Washington, D.C. Market for 17 consecutive years and is a six-time member of the CB Richard Ellis Congressional Circle. Ralph has previously won awards for Real Estate Transaction of the Year in Washington, D.C. and Broker of the Year in Suburban Maryland.
