Ralph Gibson was one of the founders of Target Realty, along with Paul Watamanik and Bill Browne, when the business officially started in 1984, opening its doors on June 1, 1985. Ralph is regarded as a leader and mentor, bringing exceptional management, insight and guidance to the team at Target Realty. Ralph’s expertise in the industrial, investment, land and leasing markets and sales experience in transactions involving land development, representation of owners, users, developers, landlords and investors has led to long-lasting client relationships in the Alberta market. Throughout Ralph’s 35-plus years of local experience in the Calgary commercial market, he has had the pleasure of working with start-up companies to local and national chains. Some of his most satisfying accomplishments have been working alongside companies that started on a shoestring and grew into major corporations. Ralph has been very active in the community throughout the years. He was a member of Calgary North Rotary Club for 26 years, serving as president in 1988-89 during the Calgary Olympics. He was a member of the Calgary South Rotary Club for almost 10 years. He volunteered with the Calgary Exhibition and Stampede for 27 years, working with visiting bands from around the world. He was also chairman of the Rotary World Youth Exchange committee for a number of years.
